The institute for women's history: Aletta, launched a new website (http://www.aletta.nu)
to mark the institute's recent name change. The CMS Container site is wrapped around a custom
build search application that has the capability to search all their collections simultaneously, based on Apache Lucene.
In the press the site was described as "a Google for women's history".
The website is a combination of Live-Staging, Community and Ketjing, based on CMSc build 1.6.1 and was build by

Truck & Logistics Exhibition. The website gives real time info on the events organized, providing powerful leverage for the exhibitions. The users and clients can conveniently get the useful

Industry Corporation. It is a specialist in
the event organisation. The company has established a close relationship with many overseas exhibition companies, in countries such

than ten international exhibitions, both for Chinese and overseas corporations.

The NFK is a federation of 25 organisations which support patients with
cancer. The portal www.nfk.nl contains subsites for 16 of the
participating organisations. Content and assets can be reused between subsites and the portal, where user rights determine who is allowed to change and delete object.
The portal is based on the 1.6 release of
the CMSc which contains the improved asset management. With the 1.6
release assets like images, attachments and links can be managed in the
content explorer in the same way as content elements.

current positions at running projects, and provides information to

The portal WO2ONLINE.NL provides information on the second world war in the Netherlands. The portal contains online archives, temporary online exhibitions, themes and several relevant websites. The online exhibition were distinguished as an Official Webby Awards Honoree. This honor signifies an
outstanding caliber of work.
The online exhibitions are build in Flash, by using the Adobe Flex framework. By using the Flex framework the content, images, attachements and movies in the online exhibitions can be managed in the CMSc.

Butterflyworks developed an e-Learning program in collaboration with War Child. The look-and-feel of the existing program 'I Deal, Big Deal' has been redesigned. The aim of the e-Learning environment is to reach kids from former conflict situations and to help them to get back in control en regain happiness in their lives.
Finalist implemented the Warchild e-Learning environment in the CMSc.

Maak Ons Land ('Shape our country') is a six month long
manifestation about the current spatial and architectural issues the
Netherlands is faced with. Every month, from November 2008 to April
2009, it will focus on a specific theme - mobility, housing, work,
leisure, greenery, water - and the existing ambitions for this
particular field. Via a game, lectures, workshops, debates and a
website, the NAI invites everybody to give their opinion on national
planning in the Netherlands. These opinions, ideas or frustrations
about national planning will be incorporated in an exhibition and a
play. Afterwards the NAI will make an effort to get the most innovative
proposals implemented.

CMSc. Latest news in combination with a realistic impression of this huge
project were the main targets of this site. The citizens of the
Gemeente Leeuwarden are now able to
follow the progress of this project by visiting the site.

Ruud de Moor Centrum (RdMC) is a knowledge
and expertise centre of the Open University of the Netherlands. The centre
offers online products in the field of assessment and coaching, network
learning, the quality of professionalization and knowledge infrastructure.
Teachers, in all phases of their career, can use these instruments for free to
develop in the workplace. Schools can also ask for our support to further
professionalise teams of teachers. This diverse support decreases the working
pressure and helps schools to develop quality. In search of a replacement for our static website the Ruud de Moor
Centrum (RdMC) selected the CMS Container as their platform of preference.

The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI)
is the Dutch knowledge centre in the fields of Meteorology, Climate and
Seismology. When growing numbers of visitors necessitated the migration of
its website to a better suited infrastructure, KNMI chose CMSc as a
means of offering public access to a vast amount of news and background information on its
fields of expertise. CMSc promises to be a easy-to-use
tool for maintaining and expanding this knowledge
base.

InContext Consultancy Group has launched their new corporate website. They chose the CMS Container to be their CMS. They will be using their new site to keep their custommers up-to-date on their latest thoughts through their blog, and provide them with information about their products and services.

Their projects range from digital and mobile life skills courses to product design and development.Their new website is tag-orientated which means that the structure is determined by the keywords attached to each page.

Ketjing offers an enterprise grade webshop environment which is also easily integrated into existing CMS Container installations using portlets. The Ketjing.org website is managed using the CMS Container.

The Dutch governement launched the portal Leren & Werken (Learn & Work) in collaboration with several partners. Jobseekers, employees and employers and students use the independent website to get information on learning and working or a combination of those two. With the portal the organisations concerned want to create more transparency on the labour market and educational field, which is becoming increasingly more complex the last decades. Within the portal every target group has its own website and obtains, as a result, content with high relevance.

The city of Nijmegen does not only use the CMS container for its external website, but also for its intranet.
This website is only accessible for civil servants for the city of Nijmegen.

The Words over Weapons program aims to reduce violence and increase peace amongst young people in schools in South Africa. This program also involves an exchange with young people from the Netherlands around the themes of bullying and senseless violence.

Finalist IT Group is a Dutch IT service provider, specializing in technical consultancy and software development, support and maintenance. We specialize particularly in Java and open source solutions.

Nijmegen is a major city in the east of the Netherlands. After using their previous system for many years they needed a new system that supports a flexible layout, provides multi-language support, workflow capabilities, and an easy way of creating new content.
The website http://www.nijmegen.nl/ (en) was the first CMS Container implementation and went live in the last month of 2006.

The 4th and 5th of May are important dates in the recent history of the Netherlands. Originally, these dates are related to the Second World War, but in recent years we remember everyone who fell in defense of our freedom. On the 4th of May we remember the dead on Remembrance Day. And on the 5th of May we celebrate our freedom on Liberation Day. The Nationaal Comité (National Comitee) is the organisation that has the responsability for the organisation of these days. The activities range from the thirteen (free) liberation festivals to the two minutes of silence on Remembrance Day, and from the commercials on the radio to the background information on the website.
The http://www.4en5mei.nl/ website has a high peak load around these two days and therefore demands high-availability under stress.

NAi is the abbreviation for the Netherlands Architect Institute. This institute collects everything that is related to architecture and has an exhibition center located in a modern building in the city center of Rotterdam.
In search of a replacement for their static website the institute selected the CMS Container as their platform of preference.
The new website will go live on http://www.nai.nl/ (en) at the start of May 2007.

L1 is a major local radio station of the Dutch province of Limburg. Their website has grown over time into a heavily used news website.
L1 needed a new website that can hold this load and offer the possibility to quickly update its contents. This has been implemented in the CMS Container on http://www.l1.nl/.

Intranet Gemeente Almere
The intranet site of the Dutch city of Almere needed a complete overhaul after the city decided to stop using their old CMS product. This site is only accessible for civil servants of the city of Almere.

The website www.nederlandopengroen.nl highlights the new plans of Natuurmonumenten for the development of a green Holland. The website was built in less than four weeks en contains nice features like e-cards, video, poll, etc. It also shows nicely that the CMS Container does not prescribe a fixed layout.
